How wholesale ordering works
- Send us an enquiryUse the contact form or email us. Include your business name, website or shopfront, country, and which decks interest you.
- We reply with termsWholesale pricing, minimum order, lead time and shipping options for your territory. We will also confirm which licensed titles can be sold in your market.
- You place a first orderWe confirm stock, issue an invoice and agree a ship date with you.
- We ship from TokyoGoods leave Japan with the documentation your country requires. Duties and import taxes are payable by the importer.
- Reorders get simplerOnce terms are agreed, repeat orders are a short email. We will tell you in advance about new releases and reprints.
Please note
Licence agreements restrict where certain character decks may be sold. If you are interested in a licensed title, tell us your country in your first message and we will confirm availability before quoting.
Counterfeit protection for our retailers
Our decks are copied. If you are offered Luna Factory products by a supplier who is not us or a listed dealer, please treat that stock as suspect.
Buying direct, or from a name on our authorised dealer list, is the only way to be certain. If you come across counterfeit product, tell us — we act on every report, and we are grateful for them.
Frequently asked questions
What are your minimum order quantities and wholesale prices?
They depend on the titles, the quantity and your territory, so we quote them per enquiry rather than publishing a single figure. Tell us which decks interest you and roughly what volume you have in mind, and we will come back with concrete terms.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide from Japan. Shipping method and cost depend on order size and destination, and we will set these out in your quotation.
Can I sell the licensed character decks in my country?
Sometimes. Character licences are granted by territory, so availability varies by title and market. Tell us your country in your first message and we will confirm before quoting.
Who pays import duty?
The importer. Goods ship from Japan, and duties, VAT and customs charges in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. We will provide the commercial documentation you need.
Do you supply in languages other than English and Japanese?
Guidebook languages vary by title. Ask about a specific deck and we will tell you exactly what is included in the box.
Can we develop an original deck together?
Yes — we plan, produce and manufacture decks, and we have done original and collaborative projects before. Describe what you have in mind and we will tell you what is realistic.
Your authorised retailer certificate
Once your account is open we issue a numbered Certificate of Authorized Retailer — A4, in Japanese and English, free of charge. Shops display it so customers can see the stock is genuine.
Our decks are copied, and the certificate is part of how a buyer tells the difference. The QR code on it leads to our authorized retailer page, where anyone can check that the number and the shop name match. Additional copies for extra locations are yours for the asking.
