Returns and Exchanges

When you first receive your item, please ensure that the contents of the order are correct.

We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that an item is damaged or defective, please contact us for a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.

We will request clear documentation of damages through photos and the situation in which the package was received.

Please do not discard the box used for shipping until you have confirmed that the product is not defective or damaged.

We will do our best to accomodate your request for exchanges as soon as possible, but please understand that we may be unable to provide immediate replacement due to stock availability.

In the case of returns due to defective products, we will promptly refund the money to the method used for purchase.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 8 days of delivery under any circumstances.

[Important Notice] We ship via EMS (Express Mail Service), which generally requires a signature upon delivery.

If you are unable to receive the package and it is returned to us, additional shipping fees will be charged for resending.
If you choose to cancel the order after return, we will refund the item price minus the shipping cost.
Please ensure to receive the package within the delivery period.
