Returns and Exchanges

When you receive your item, please check to make sure that you have not received a different item than you ordered or that the item is not missing.

We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that an item is damaged or defective, we will accept a return or exchange.

Please be sure to read the instructions carefully.

Please be sure to contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the item.

Please contact us with a photo of the damaged or defective part and describe the situation in as much detail as possible.

Please do not discard the cardboard boxes used for packaging until you have confirmed that the product is not defective.

We will do our best to respond as soon as possible, but please understand that we may not be able to provide an immediate replacement due to stock availability.

In the case of returns due to defective products, we will promptly refund the money to the specified account.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 8 days of delivery under any circumstances.

Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges for Customer's Convenience

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges after the product has been shipped for the customer's convenience (except for initial defects or incorrect delivery). Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges after the product has been shipped.

"Cooling off" is a system applied to door-to-door sales.

The cooling-off system is not mandatory for mail-order sales.

Because our Internet shopping is a mail order service that customers access, the cooling-off system does not apply. Please be aware of this in advance.

If you wish to cancel or return an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you wish to cancel or return your order, please send it back to us with prepaid shipping.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that there are no problems, we will refund you the full amount of the agency fee included in the product, the actual shipping cost of the product, the cash on delivery fee for cash on delivery, the bank transfer fee for the refund (flat rate 420 yen), and the cost of packaging materials.

*The following cases are examples of "returns for customer convenience".
Returns for no particular reason
Returns for reasons that go beyond the bounds of common sense, such as "the texture and color of the product is slightly different," or "there are small scratches on the product that you can't see without looking closely at the unpackaged product.

Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges Not Allowed

Cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not allowed for products subject to the following.

"Products that have been delivered for more than 8 days"
"Products that have been damaged or defaced by the customer"

If you are not at home when the product is delivered

Please be sure to contact the delivery company's office directly within 5 days of the delivery.

It is the customer's responsibility to retrieve the item(s) sent to them

In the unlikely event that the item(s) are not retrieved after the storage period, the item(s) will be returned to our store.

Please note that you will be charged for the cost of the return postage (which is different from the postage amount shown on the product page) + handling fee + labor cost + packaging material fee.

If you place an order fictitiously or using another person's personal information (name, address, phone number, etc.) without permission

In addition to the above, this applies to any other actions that cause inconvenience or damage.

If any of the above malicious acts cause inconvenience or damage to us or our many good customers, we will immediately file a damage report with the police, and the police will request the provider to disclose the information. Please be aware that we may file a claim for compensation for damages after identifying the prankster.
