Please note that we use EMS for shipping, which may take longer for delivery compared to express services. Currently, shipments to the United States in particular are experiencing extended delivery times.
Delivery may take anywhere from 10 days up to about one month, depending on the destination and local postal conditions.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to accept cancellations or provide refunds. We kindly ask for your understanding.
For inquiries regarding the delivery status, please contact the courier service directly. To help reduce the shipping costs for our customers, we use EMS as the standard service.

【Important Notice|EMS Shipping】
We ship all items via EMS (Express Mail Service), which generally requires a signature upon delivery.
If the package is undeliverable (e.g. due to absence or incorrect address), it may be returned to us.
In such cases, if you would like the item to be reshipped, you will be required to pay the shipping cost again.
If you prefer to cancel your order after the return, we will refund the item price minus the original shipping fee.
Please be sure to track your package and receive it within the delivery period.
