2. The following are not treated as provision to third parties:

   • transfer of personal information as part of a business succession due to merger or other reasons;
   • joint use with specific parties, where the fact of joint use, the items of information, the scope of users, their purposes and the party responsible for management have been notified to you in advance or made readily available to you.
