Shipping policy
All orders are shipped from Japan, with tracking.

- Dispatch: within 5–7 business days of your order.

- Shipping is charged per order, not per item — adding a second deck costs little or nothing extra.
Shipping Fees
Your exact shipping fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order. As a guide, for our standard 78-card decks:

To the United States the fee is a flat rate for the whole order, so a second deck ships free. To other destinations the fee rises only slightly with weight. If you are considering more than one deck, ordering them together is considerably cheaper than ordering separately.
Rates above are a guide as of September 2026 and may change. The rate shown at checkout is always the rate you pay.
Delivery Times
We dispatch within 5–7 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes about 10 days.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, the shipping method, and customs processing. Delays at customs are outside our control, and we cannot guarantee arrival by any specific date. If you need an order for a particular occasion, please allow extra time.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (Important)
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, VAT (value-added tax), customs fees, or carrier handling charges when the package arrives in your country. Please note the following:
- These charges are not included in the product price or the shipping fee. They are charged separately by your country's customs authority or by the delivery carrier.
- Whether these charges apply, and how much they are, is decided solely by your country. We are unable to predict, calculate, or pay these charges, and we cannot tell you in advance whether or how much you will be charged.
- All such charges are the customer's responsibility.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the above. If you are unsure about your country's import rules, please check with your local customs office before ordering.
Unclaimed, Refused, and Undeliverable Packages (Important)
If a package is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we are unable to refund the product price or the shipping fee. This includes, for example, packages that are:
- not picked up from the carrier or post office within the holding period (unclaimed);
- refused at delivery;
- returned because customs duties, taxes, or fees were not paid by the customer;
- undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
Return shipping to Japan, or disposal of the package by the carrier or customs, is outside our control. If you would like a returned package to be reshipped, please contact us — reshipment is at our discretion and requires payment of a new shipping fee.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete, and please collect your package promptly after it arrives in your country.
