How many icons could carry a whole tarot deck on their own?
Hello Kitty has been adored around the world for fifty years, and this deck treats her accordingly: 78 completely original illustrations, drawn by hand for this deck alone, with the pastel tones softening even the traditionally intimidating cards. It is the rare character deck where the character and the tarot both get their due.
Three reasons readers choose this deck
Every illustration is original
Nothing here is reused art. Each of the 78 cards was designed by hand for this deck, with the detail lavished card by card.
A 97-page full-color guidebook
Character decks usually ship with a leaflet. This one comes with a generous 97-page guide, which is why it works as a genuine first deck.

- The guidebook is a real book97 full-color pages walk you through the cards — far more support than most decks include.
- The scary cards are not scaryThe pastel artwork softens even the traditionally harsh images, so daily draws stay pleasant.
- A familiar face on every cardSymbols attach to memory faster when Hello Kitty is the one holding them.
- Start with a one-card drawNo spread to learn. One card answers the question in front of you.
- Standard size, standard structureAt 70 x 120 mm with the full 78-card structure, everything you learn here transfers to any deck.
The artwork
Fifty years of Hello Kitty, seventy-eight new pictures.
Our designers drew every card by hand, with meticulous attention to detail and, frankly, a lot of love. The pastel tones and gentle linework turn the deck into something people keep out on the desk between readings — and the sweetness never buries the symbols a reading needs.
— The day this deck was made —
The brief sounded simple and was not.
"Draw the world's most recognisable character, seventy-eight new ways."
A character deck can coast — borrow existing art, print it on cards, done. We went the other way: every card in this deck is an original illustration, composed for its tarot meaning first and its charm second. That order matters. It is why The Emperor still reads as The Emperor, why the suits keep their logic, and why the finished deck brings peace to look at without going soft in the reading.
