What does the same world look like under two different angels?
This set answers with 156 cards. The Light Angel Tarot and Dark Angel Tarot are two complete 78-card decks whose 22 Major Arcana depict the same land — once radiant under the Light Angel, once shadowed under the Dark. Place matching cards side by side and the scenes intersect; combine the two boxes and they form a single picture. It is a meditation on duality you can shuffle.
Three reasons readers choose this set
Two real decks, not a gimmick
Each deck is a full Rider-Waite-compliant 78-card tarot, usable entirely on its own. The set doubles your reading range: luminous answers from one box, unflinching ones from the other.
A structural work of art
The same Major Arcana land drawn under two rulers, angels placed on every card, and twin boxes that merge into one illustration — the concept runs through every layer of the design.
Reads the duality in you
Light and shadow both belong to a person. Drawing from both decks — or comparing the same card across them — turns that idea into an actual reading technique.

Five things to know about this setRead more
- Standard structure, twiceBoth decks follow the Rider-Waite system, so every tarot reference explains both — and everything you learn applies to each.
- About the guidebookThe included guidebook is Japanese. With two Rider-Waite-compliant decks, any standard English reference covers the meanings.
- Start with one deckLearn on whichever angel suits you, and bring in the second deck when comparison starts to intrigue you.
- Angels on every cardEach card carries its angel, and original characters populate the Majors and beyond — faces that make meanings memorable.
- Drawn by one visionThe artwork was created illustration by illustration — men and women both — so the two decks feel like halves of a single book.
The artwork
The creation of heaven and earth, told twice — once in light, once in shadow.
The Light Angel's world is drawn in radiance: white wings, dawn skies, scenes at peace. The Dark Angel rules the same places at dusk — beautiful, mysterious, unafraid of shadow. Because the 22 Major Arcana share the same land, laying twin cards side by side reveals scenes that intersect and diverge depending on how you look, which is the set's quiet magic.
— Why two decks share one world —
Duality is not a flaw in people. It is the design.
"Two angels, one land, and you between them."
Luna Factory built this set on the oldest tarot theme there is — light and shadow as one whole. Two complete decks were illustrated so that each could stand alone, yet every Major Arcana scene exists twice, ruled by a different angel. The boxes complete the thought: joined together, they form a single picture, the way a person's bright and dark sides form a single self.

Frequently asked questions
Are these complete tarot decks?
Yes — the set contains two full 78-card decks (Light Angel and Dark Angel), each with the complete Major and Minor Arcana.
Can each deck be used alone?
Fully. Both are Rider-Waite-compliant tarots that work independently; the set simply adds the mirrored-reading possibilities.
What is special about the Major Arcana?
The 22 Majors of both decks depict the same land, ruled by the Dark Angel in one and the Light Angel in the other — the scenes intersect when compared.
What language is the guidebook?
Japanese. Both decks follow the standard system, so any English Rider-Waite reference applies.
Do the boxes really combine?
Yes — placed together, the two boxes form a single continuous picture.
