Seventy-eight cards, each holding a little magic.
A tarot deck where everyone is a wizard.
- Beginner-friendly
- Rider-Waite based
- Hand-drawn original artwork
- Matte-finished box
- Full-color booklet
When you were a child, did you ever wish you could use magic?
The Pastel Wizard Tarot brings you a little closer to that wish. All 78 cards recast the Rider-Waite deck with wizards — gentle, pastel-robed spellcasters carrying the same wands, cups, swords and pentacles the tradition has always used. The clear design keeps the cards intuitive, inspirational and genuinely practical for divination.
Three reasons readers choose this deck
Magic as the theme, tradition as the base
The wizards are new; the symbolism is not. Because the design is based on the Rider version, the deck reads accurately with any standard guide.
Clear enough to actually use
Prettiness can bury a deck's symbols. Here the compositions stay clean, so the cards remain intuitive and practical for real readings — not just display.
A beginner's kit in one box
A full-color booklet written for beginners comes in the matte-finished box, so nothing extra is needed to start.

If you are starting from zero
Five reasons "tarot looks difficult" does not apply hereRead more
- Any beginner's book worksThe deck is based on the Rider version, so the guides in your local bookshop apply as they are.
- A booklet made for beginnersThe included full-color booklet was written specifically for people starting out.
- Nothing in the deck is frighteningEven the traditionally harsh cards arrive in gentle pastel, which makes daily practice easy to keep.
- Start with a one-card drawNo spread to learn. One card answers the question in front of you.
- It grows with youBecause the structure is traditional, the deck still works once your reading gets more advanced.
The artwork
Turn a card, and a soft-coloured spell drifts up.
The wizards are drawn in a gentle pastel atmosphere — pinks, lavenders and creams — with the essences of the tarot woven around them. The palette holds across all 78 cards, so a full spread looks like one page from a spellbook rather than a patchwork.
— The day this deck was made —
The first sketch was of a very small spell.
"Why don't you make your tomorrow a little brighter than the present?"
That line became the deck's whole intention. Magic, in these cards, is not thunder and prophecy — it is the modest kind: the nudge that gets you out the door, the reminder that the week can still turn. We drew 78 wizards to carry the Rider-Waite meanings because a spellcaster makes a natural guide, and a gentle one makes a guide you will actually consult.
