The result took two years — a complete tarot in which the grandeur of gothic architecture and the delicacy of fine linework hold each other in tension on every card. We printed it larger than standard, at 70 × 120 mm, because compressing that detail felt like a betrayal of the hours inside it. It is the deck we reach for when we want to be reminded why we make cards.
