Who better to sit with your worries than characters famous for hiding in corners?
Sumikkogurashi's whole charm is gentle self-consciousness — small creatures who understand not feeling ready. That temperament suits tarot beautifully. This official San-X deck brings the full 78-card structure to their world, with warmth and humour turning even the traditionally intimidating cards into something inviting.
Three reasons readers choose this deck
Officially licensed San-X product
A genuine Sumikkogurashi item — the characters are drawn properly, because they are drawn under license.
The full 78, in the standard size
22 Major and 56 Minor Arcana at 70 x 120 mm: a complete deck that shuffles, spreads and reads like any traditional one.
Comfort built into the concept
The characters' gentleness transforms the deck's harder moments — a Tower card is easier to hear from a creature who also hides in corners.

The artwork

The full cast appears across the Major and Minor Arcana, drawn with the warmth, humour and gentleness the series is loved for. The compositions keep each card's traditional identity legible, so the deck stays readable however cosy it gets.
— The day this deck was made —
The fit was obvious the moment we said it out loud.
"Characters who worry, for a practice made of worries."
People mostly come to tarot carrying something — a doubt, a decision, a mood that will not name itself. Sumikkogurashi's residents carry things too; that is the entire premise. Putting them on the cards turns every reading into a conversation between fellow worriers, and it works: the deck welcomes absolute beginners while keeping the full structure experienced readers expect.
